Steel Coffer Third Party Engineering Certification

We provided one of our clients with Steel Coffer Third Party Engineering Certification. A finite element model of the structure was developed using SAP2000 software to assess the structural capacity, deflection and maximum stresses.

Our Engineering team relies on the following Australian Standards in their assessment and certification:

AS 4100 – 1998    Steel Structures.

AS/NZS 1170.0 – 2002   Structural Design Actions, General Principles

AS/NZS 1170.1 – 2002   Structural Design Actions, Permanent, Imposed and other Actions

HDPE Design Certificate

We provided one of our clients with HDPE Flat End Cap Third Party Certification.
Our Engineering team followed the relevant Australian Standards in their assessment and certification, including:
1- AS/NZS 2033 – 2008 Installation of polyethylene pipe systems.
2- AS/NZS 2566.1 – 1998 Buried flexible pipelines.
3- AS/NZS 4129 – 2020 Fittings for polyethylene (PE) pipes for pressure applications.
4- AS/NZS 4130 – 2018 Polyethylene (PE) pipes for pressure applications.
5- AS/NZS 4131 – 2020 Polyethylene (PE) compounds for pressure pipes and fittings.
