ABH Consulting Group recently helped one of our clients to commence works on the Level Crossing Removal Project at Cherry Street, Werribee. Our team completed the pre award evaluation process on our client’s behalf including:
• Developing project specific Safety management Plan, WRA, and SWMS
• Work Methodology for works to be performed under contract
• Local Industry Development Plan
• Project specific Quality Risk Management Plan
• Project specific Environmental Risk Management Plan
Whilst developing the above listed documents, our team was focused on; improving our client success rate, helping our client to start on site quicker, and having ready in house system that are easy to replicate for future contracts.
